MK Innovations Group, LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the LifeCheck mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app.

Information We Collect

LifeCheck is designed with your privacy in mind. The app stores all of your data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our servers.

The following data is stored locally on your device only:

Checklist items you create
Notification preferences and schedules
App settings and personalization choices
Lost and found item records
Daily completion statistics
Quick notes

Location Data

If you enable location-based features, the app may request access to your device's location. This data is used solely to provide weather-based reminders and home location detection. Location data is processed on your device and is not sent to our servers.

Third-Party Services

LifeCheck uses the following third-party services:

RevenueCat — for managing in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect anonymous purchase data. See their privacy policy.
Google AdMob — for displaying advertisements to free-tier users. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. See Google's privacy policy.
Open-Meteo — for weather data. Only your approximate location coordinates are sent to retrieve weather information. No personal data is shared.

Data Storage

All app data is stored locally on your device using secure on-device storage. If you delete the app, all locally stored data will be permanently removed.

Children's Privacy

LifeCheck is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy within the app or on this page.
